DAY 006 — Second Wind

4 rounds for time:

  • 25 push-ups

  • 25 sit-ups

  • DB farmer carry — 50ft

  • 10 DB ground to overhead

  • DB farmer carry — 50ft

  • 10 burpees

Finished: 28 minutes.

If you can’t carry it, you don’t own it.

This one burns. The focus is on keeping movement intentional, posture tight, and breath under control. Every rep is a check on discipline; every step a reminder that capability comes from repetition and attention when fatigue sets in. The difference between good enough and built for the work is found in how you show up on days you’d rather rest.

Carry the load. Track the effort. The grind doesn’t care how you feel—only that you’re present.
